US POLITICIAN WASSERMAN SCHULTZ FIRES PAKISTANI-ORIGIN IT STAFFER ARRESTED FOR FRAUD:
United States (US) Democratic Representative Debbie Wasserman Schultz fired a Pakistani-origin information technology (IT) staffer following his arrest on a bank fraud charge at a Virginia airport where he was attempting to fly to Lahore.
CCP IMPOSES PKR.10 MILLION PENALTY ON PROCTOR & GAMBLE:
The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) has passed an order imposing a penalty of PKR 10 million on Proctor & Gamble Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited for deceptively advertising its product ‘Safeguard’ as ‘Pakistan’s No. 1 rated Anti-Bacterial Soap’ in violation of Section 10 of the Competition Act, 2010.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf’s website was defaced late Tuesday by a group of hackers calling themselves ‘Voice of Pakistan; Death Adders Crew’. According to the message posted by the hackers on the website, they said that they are not supporters of any political party but ‘will never vote for Imran Khan’.
