The term ‘smartphone addiction’ is by now pretty well-established (you can take a test here to see if you might be a sufferer). Even for those who don’t quite meet the definition of an addict, our phones are with us pretty much all of the time nowadays and most people find themselves reaching for the device during all kinds of activities and times of day. A recent YouGov survey looked at specific situations to reveal when people in the UK most frequently use their mobile phones in some way.
