Dr. S. Khusro Iqbal:Â I feel that there is huge potential for digitization and innovation to add value to society and to contribute to the transformation in human resource and biodiversity. A successful digital transformation will involve empowering human resource to work in new ways, including reskilling and upskilling. Cross-sector collaboration will play a pivotal role in allowing human resource to ‘build-back better’ from the current crisis. Most business leaders have decided to launch digital transformation initiatives to keep businesses running as smoothly as possible during the COVID-19 outbreak and to better prepare for the recovery phase. However, driving change during these chaotic and unprecedented times is challenging for both business leaders and human resource. Even companies that were resistant to the concept of a distributed workforce have been forced to allow working from home, so work can still be done while taking precautions to halt the spread of the virus.
Online training is actually computer based training (CBT), which enables distance learning through the process of e-learning and instruction that takes place completely are on the internet. It involves a variety of multimedia elements, including graphics, audio, video, and web-links, which all can be accessed through one’s internet browser. Although online courses require more time than on-campus classes, may create a sense of isolation with little or no face-to-face interaction, need more intense requirement for self-direction but still they give flexibility, mobility, cost saving, community oriented online support, easy to access with more Information Retention and a better progress report.

Dr. S. Khusro Iqbal: To me working from home will enable the workforce to rely on self-motivation, self-discipline, focus and concentration, which are critical components for professional successes. Work from home is simple and obvious time management to trigger brain to create a process for collaboration. I think that establishing a designated workspace tells the workforce brain that you’re in the place where you do work productively.
Digital technology means that vast amounts of data can be collected and stored. Digital transformation is generating a fierce debate among policy-makers, economists and industry leaders about its societal impact. As digitalization disrupts society ever more profoundly, concern is growing about how it is affecting issues such as jobs, wages, inequality, health, resource efficiency and security
To me it eliminates transcription errors, no physical limits for storage, gives increased safety of any critical data, enhances productivity and cost efficiency and gives always easy access. However, it is expensive and threats data security, creates danger of disaster recovery, complexity, privacy concerns, social disconnect work, overload digital media manipulation and extreme.
