Sibi is a town of Balochistan province of Pakistan. The city is the headquarters of the district and tehsil of the same name.
Sibi District is bounded by Mountainous Districts of Ziarat in North, Loralai in North-East, Kohlu in East, Bolan in South and South-West and includes a little border with Mastung district in North-west through Dasht tehsil of Mastung.
Sibi is adjacent to the river Nari that flows from the north adjacently to the East of the city. Delimited by the villages of Luni, GuluShahar, Kurak, Khajjak,Talli, Marghazani, Safi, Dehpal and Bakhra to North, also North, North-East, also North-East, East, South-East, South, West and North-West respectively. Sibi also have a small airport set within the locality in North-West of the city.
Main ethnic groups of the realm are: Baloch, Jamots and Pashtoons. Sindhi individuals living in Balochistan are referred to as Jamot.
Sibi Mela is a very fashionable event that happens each February and is observed since sixteenth century throughout.
Sibi is the hottest living place in Entire Asia. Sibi have some record high temperatures specially within the month of June with in average of 52 °C, after the high noon, throughout the month. Precipitation is light and mainly falls in 2 distinct periods: within the early spring in March and April, and within the monsoon in July and August.
